Learn the principles of flow arts and beginner poi spinning moves: butterfly, corkscrew, weave and stalls. We will practice how to transition between tricks. We will sequence the moves into a fun four person choreography with basic group lines and formations.

 

Bring your practice poi (extras available). We will start with non-fire props with the goal to eventually dance this choreography with fire poi.
