Instructor Bio: My name is Trey and I live in Chico, California. I have been spinning poi for 10 years now. Although that is my main prop of choice I also like to dabble with double staves here and there. Flow arts have been a huge passion of mine and have helped me move through a lot of difficult patches in my life. Entering flow state is really a meditation for me. I spin poi because I love it and I love sharing it with others. I find it’s been an easy way for me to really express myself and get lost into creativity without judgement of what I’m creating.
