Directions to Burnt Bridge
Take Hwy 70 towards Concow (from Oroville/ Chico)
About a mile past the Dome Store (Canyon Lakes Market) take a ️⭐ RIGHT ON BIG BEND RD
There is an immediate fork stay to the left to stay on Big Bend Rd
Continue for a mile or so, then take a ️⭐ LEFT ON BARDEES BAR ROAD
There are yellow signs- DEAD END 6 MILES
Turn left & take Bardees Bar Rd until you see the short yellow concrete wall, keep going (left)
From the dirt road you are on the side of the mountain, you will see the river to the right, you have to keep going ALL the way down until you are down at the river. This takes about 30 minutes driving from the highway, slowly down the dirt road, all the way to Burnt Bridge
There is NO CELL PHONE SERVICE once you turn off the highway. So save maps and directions before you go down.

On the map, there are bells 🔔 to show The Dome Store (Canyon Lakes Market) which is a gas station & Yankee Hill Hardware.
And also Tonis Restaurant which has ok burgers and food.
These places close early with really limited hours though! Next closest options are Oroville or Chico.
There is a restroom. No shade trees so bring shade canopies.
